Using the site

You may use JudgeFinder to look up public judge and court records for lawful research, journalism, education and preparing for your own case. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

JudgeFinder MCP subscriptions

The Fire Dev LLC sells and operates JudgeFinder MCP. The free tier allows 100 tool calls per key per UTC day; the paid tier allows 1,000. Only tool calls consume quota, including calls that return no records or data errors. Unused allowance does not roll over. Stripe Checkout displays the subscription price, currency and renewal interval before purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled in the billing portal linked from the MCP page. Cancellation at period end keeps paid access through the paid period; failed payment or immediate cancellation may return the key to the free tier. Contact us for billing errors or refund requests; statutory rights are unaffected.

Keep API keys private. Only connect assistants you trust and check the redirect host shown on the consent screen. A connected assistant can read JudgeFinder records and use the key's quota. Do not evade limits by creating multiple keys. Access may be revoked for abuse. MCP records are for lawful research, not legal advice or eligibility decisions.

JudgeFinder does not give legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Counts on a profile are numbers of docket records in this index. They are not a ruling analysis, a rating or a prediction about any judge or case. See the disclaimer.

Data and accuracy

Records come from CourtListener, a project of Free Law Project, and related public court records. JudgeFinder is not affiliated with CourtListener, Free Law Project, any court or any government agency. Records can be incomplete, out of date or matched to the wrong person. The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To report a problem, use Report a profile issue or email tanner@meshvault.ai.

What you may not do

• Use the site or its data to decide someone's credit, insurance, employment, housing or similar eligibility, or to build a consumer report. JudgeFinder is not a consumer reporting agency.
• Use the site to harass, threaten or retaliate against a judge, court staff or any person.
• Overload the site, or collect it in bulk with automated tools that ignore rate limits or robots.txt. Contact us if you need a bulk arrangement.
• Break the law, or interfere with the site's security.

Attorney directory

Attorney directory listings are written by the attorney, are labeled as listings, and are not recommendations or endorsements. A listing does not influence judge profiles, search order or any court record. Attorneys are responsible for following their state bar's advertising rules. We may decline or remove a listing at any time. See the attorney directory.

Reviews and content policy

Reviews are user opinions about courtroom conduct, not facts verified by JudgeFinder. We do not check that a reviewer appeared before the judge or court, we do not endorse any review, and a review is not a finding about a judge or a prediction about any case. A Verified attorney badge means we verified that account's bar number; it does not mean the attorney appeared before that judge.

You need a free account to write or report a review. You may leave one review per judge and one per court every 12 months. You can edit or withdraw your review at any time; a moderator-removed review cannot be rewritten until the 12 months have passed.

Write only about what you experienced in that courtroom or court:

• For a judge: temperament, preparation, fairness, clarity of rulings, punctuality and efficiency.
• For a court: clerk helpfulness, scheduling speed, accessibility and facilities.
• Keep it truthful and from your own experience. Do not review for a judge, a court or its staff on their behalf, in return for anything of value, or from more than one account.

Do not post:

• Personal information: phone numbers, email or street addresses, Social Security numbers, or case or docket numbers, above all anything that identifies a child, a juvenile or a sealed or confidential matter.
• Threats, harassment, hate speech, slurs or profanity.
• Comments about anything other than conduct in court, such as a person's family, health, politics or private life.
• Advertising, links or repeated posts.

Reviews are screened automatically. A review that looks like it breaks these rules is held for a moderator before it appears. Anyone signed in can report a review, and several reports, or one report of personal information or a threat, send a published review back for a moderator check. A moderator can approve, reject or remove a review, and every action is logged. We do not edit what you wrote. We may decline or remove any review, and we do not remove a review only because it is critical. To ask for removal of a review that breaks this policy, use its Report link or email tanner@meshvault.ai.

You own your review. By posting it you give The Fire Dev LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on JudgeFinder and in its apps while it is published. Withdrawing or deleting your account takes it down.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, JudgeFinder and its operator are not liable for any loss that comes from using or relying on the site, or from it being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
